Required B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in product engineering or manufacturing-support engineering Hands-on experience with ECO processes, BOM management, and ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions Fluent English – written and spoken Preferred Prior managerial experience or team / project leadership Experience in a regulated medical device environment (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, EU MDR) Experience with NPI and design transfer in a precision or medical manufacturing setting Experience with SolidWorks
