This position is responsible for defining, developing, and leading innovative drone-related products and solutions, while driving business growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term product success throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Job description:
- Lead end-to-end product management activities for drone simulator and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) solutions.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities in Israel and Europe.
- Work closely with customers, business stakeholders, engineering, R&D, operations, and sales teams to identify operational needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Research market trends, emerging drone technologies, regulatory requirements, and competitor solutions.
- Manage product development processes from concept and requirements definition through development, testing, launch, and ongoing improvements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
- Support customer demonstrations, pilots, deployments, and field activities when required.
- Lead cross-functional and international projects with partners, suppliers, and customers across Europe and Israel.
- Define KPIs and monitor product performance, customer feedback, operational effectiveness, and business impact.
- Collect and analyze market and user feedback to continuously improve products and solutions.
- Prepare presentations, product documentation, and business materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in technological/UAS environments.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with drone simulator systems, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), robotics, aviation technologies, or Defense-related technologies.
- Strong technological orientation and ability to understand complex systems and multidisciplinary products.
- Experience leading cross-functional and international projects.
- Ability to work with engineering, R&D, operations, and business teams in a dynamic environment.
