This position is responsible for defining, developing, and leading innovative drone-related products and solutions, while driving business growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term product success throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Job description:
Lead end-to-end product management activities for drone simulator and unmanned aerial systems (UAS) solutions.
Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities in Israel and Europe.
Work closely with customers, business stakeholders, engineering, R&D, operations, and sales teams to identify operational needs and translate them into product requirements.
Research market trends, emerging drone technologies, regulatory requirements, and competitor solutions.
Manage product development processes from concept and requirements definition through development, testing, launch, and ongoing improvements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
Support customer demonstrations, pilots, deployments, and field activities when required.
Lead cross-functional and international projects with partners, suppliers, and customers across Europe and Israel.
Define KPIs and monitor product performance, customer feedback, operational effectiveness, and business impact.
Collect and analyze market and user feedback to continuously improve products and solutions.
Prepare presentations, product documentation, and business materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in technological/UAS environments.
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with drone simulator systems, unmanned aerial systems (UAS), robotics, aviation technologies, or Defense-related technologies.
Strong technological orientation and ability to understand complex systems and multidisciplinary products.
Experience leading cross-functional and international projects.
Ability to work with engineering, R&D, operations, and business teams in a dynamic environment.
