The Role: Lead Product Analyst

We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst to lead product analytics across HAAT and architect the measurement strategy behind our multi-sided marketplace.

This is a player-coach role. You’ll lead, coach, hire, and develop analysts across our product domains—while staying hands-on with the data yourself.

Your mission:

Find the questions nobody has asked.

Turn complex data into clear decisions.

Build the analytics team and foundations that help HAAT scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Proactively explore the data, uncover opportunities, and quantify their potential impact.
Own and evolve HAAT’s measurement strategy, core metrics, and data definitions.
Lead experimentation end to end—from baselining and sizing to defining primary metrics and interpreting results quickly.
Turn ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable insights across consumer, courier, merchant, and operations domains.
Build the tools, frameworks, and reports that enable teams to make evidence-based decisions.
Lead, hire, coach, and develop analysts while remaining deeply hands-on with the data.

What You Bring to the Table:

5+ years of experience in product analytics.

Expert-level SQL skills and a proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into actionable insights.

Hands-on experience with mobile analytics, instrumentation, cohorting, and troubleshooting common SDK data challenges.

End-to-end ownership of event taxonomies using tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude—from schema design through governance.

A strong track record of designing, sizing, and interpreting A/B tests, including inconclusive results.

Experience hiring, managing, and coaching analysts to improve performance and support career growth.

Practical experience integrating AI, LLMs, and automation into analytics workflows to improve speed and efficiency.

A hands-on mindset—you enjoy leading people, but you still want to query, investigate, and solve problems yourself.
