Why HAAT?

HAAT is one of the fastest-growing delivery and quick commerce tech companies in the region.

We started in peripheral cities, solving real-world complexity—from informal addresses and cash-heavy markets to fragmented courier networks—and turned it into a scalable logistics engine.

Today, we operate across 40+ cities, expanding beyond restaurants into grocery, retail, digital, and fintech services.

The Role: Lead Product Analyst

We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst to lead product analytics across HAAT and architect the measurement strategy behind our multi-sided marketplace.

This is a player-coach role. You’ll lead, coach, hire, and develop analysts across our product domains—while staying hands-on with the data yourself.

Your mission:

Find the questions nobody has asked.

Turn complex data into clear decisions.

Build the analytics team and foundations that help HAAT scale.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively explore the data, uncover opportunities, and quantify their potential impact.
• Own and evolve HAAT’s measurement strategy, core metrics, and data definitions.
• Lead experimentation end to end—from baselining and sizing to defining primary metrics and interpreting results quickly.
• Turn ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable insights across consumer, courier, merchant, and operations domains.
• Build the tools, frameworks, and reports that enable teams to make evidence-based decisions.
• Lead, hire, coach, and develop analysts while remaining deeply hands-on with the data.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics.
