Security Engineering Tech Lead

What We Need: 7+ years in security engineering, cloud security, or a related technical security role At least 2 years in a tech lead, staff-level, or mentorship capacity Strong hands-on AWS security experience across IAM, networking, workload security, logging, monitoring, and cloud-native services. Strong Kubernetes and containerized environment security knowledge Experience with IaC, CI/CD security, distributed systems, identity, and access control Ability to review technical designs and provide clear, practical security guidance Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams.
