We’re looking for a Product Management Team Leader to lead our Marketplace product team – the engine behind the on-demand revolution in transportation and new verticals across all our markets. This is a player-coach role: you’ll manage and grow a team of product managers while owning a core product area hands-on, taking it from vision to reality. The Marketplace team is responsible for: Building and maintaining the platform for drivers and couriers to work with Gett Developing dynamic, ML-driven marketplace solutions for matching, pricing, earnings, and broader optimisation. Integrating external supply partners (other transportation companies) And much more. Our focus is data-driven solutions that grow and optimise the marketplace while enhancing driver experience and earnings. What you’ll do Lead a team of product managers – set direction, coach and develop them, and raise the bar on product craft across the Marketplace group. Own a product roadmap end-to-end – take a core marketplace area from vision to execution and delivery, while staying hands-on with the hardest problems yourself. Generate comprehensive insights through data, market, and user research to guide product vision, with a specific focus on marketplace dynamics in ride-hailing and delivery. Lead products and features throughout their entire lifecycle – from concept and detailed requirements to execution and successful rollout – emphasising marketplace efficiency and a great user experience for both riders and suppliers. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Analytics, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Operations to build best-in-class products and ensure successful market rollout in
