Responsible for planning and performing ground and flight tests for all our systems: System tests: • Understanding the system under test • Formulation of test requirements • Planning the tests, executing them safely and professionally • Participation in data analysis and the formulation of conclusions and recommendations, including a presentation to management Certification: • Understanding airworthiness regulations and processes • Assistance to all other departments in showing compliance with airworthiness regulations • Planning and performing certification flight tests to show compliance with airworthiness regulations • Participation in discussions with airworthiness authorities • Building up test assets and test capabilities to enable BIRD to perform new types of tests Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Aeronautical Engineering – Required. • Master’s degree (MSc) in Systems Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering –
