We are looking for a talented Algorithm Developer to join a multidisciplinary R&D team developing advanced signal processing systems. The role combines algorithm development, system-level engineering, research, and hands-on implementation, from translating system requirements into algorithmic solutions through testing and validation in real-world environments. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement signal processing algorithms based on system requirements. Translate system-level needs into algorithmic and engineering requirements. Support system development, including algorithm integration, system testing, and performance evaluation. Research and evaluate algorithmic approaches and new technologies. Conduct feasibility studies and explore innovative concepts and solutions. Write algorithm specifications, technical documentation, and test descriptions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering and R&D. Participate in field experiments and support system-level analysis and validation.
