B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline. At least 3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, or design transfer for multidisciplinary products. Proven experience supporting pilot and serial production and developing or improving manufacturing processes. Experience with engineering documentation, BOM/DMR structures, ECO/CO processes, and PLM/PDM and ERP systems. Strong hands-on troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and structured problem-solving skills.
