You bring a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. You bring 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in a product-driven environment. You bring 5+ years of hands-on backend or systems development experience, using languages such as Python, Go, Java, or C#. You bring experience—or a strong interest—in identity, authentication, authorization, or secrets management, and you’re excited to apply these principles to AI and agent frameworks. You’re comfortable building cloud-native systems and working with modern infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices. You’re able to balance long-term architectural vision with fast-paced execution, especially in early-stage or high-growth environments. You thrive in ambiguity, make high-impact technical decisions, and confidently guide others through complex tradeoffs. You communicate clearly and effectively, aligning engineers, product managers, and stakeholders around technical direction. You’re passionate about mentorship, knowledge sharing, and raising the technical bar across your team.
