4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer. 3+ years of experience leading and managing DevOps teams of 5+ engineers. Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools. Strong experience with Git-based source control and configuration management. Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Bash. Experience working with Linux and Windows environments. Hands-on experience with Docker containers. Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms. Experience working with Helm. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
