You have at least 5 years of backend software engineering experience You have Node.js experience - a must You have real production experience - you've built and shipped actual products, not just personal or pet projects You have hands-on experience with Claude, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools - a must You are comfortable with modern architectures - microservices, event-driven workflows, distributed systems - and able to move quickly and independently You are product-minded, pragmatic, collaborative, and excited to build AI-native systems end to end You have a deep understanding of production systems and the architecture of cloud and web applications You have a product-oriented approach, with a focus on customers You have a get-things-done attitude You are a proactive team player with a desire to impact our team, our product and our customers You are an independent, fast learner, excited about learning new technologies You have high level English - must
