Siemens Digital Industries Software
Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
Position Overview
Are you ready to help major Israeli businesses turn complex product, manufacturing and digital-transformation challenges into measurable value? Join our successful software sales team as a Senior Account Executive, owning strategic relationships with enterprise-level customers and creating SaaS and hybrid SaaS opportunities across the Siemens Xcelerator portfolio.
You will listen to customers' priorities, connect their business needs with the breadth of our integrated software, services and application-development capabilities, and orchestrate the specialists, partners and resources needed to move opportunities from discovery to close. This is an opportunity to advise enterprise customers strategically while continuing to expand your knowledge across a broad and evolving technology portfolio.
This is a hybrid role based in Israel. Customer engagement is the first priority, and when you are not visiting customers or working in the field, you will be expected to work from our Tel Aviv office three days per week. Travel to customer sites across Israel is required.

Build trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders, uncovering business challenges and translating them into compelling value propositions and solution visions

Orchestrate cross-functional account teams, including portfolio specialists, customer outcomes, support, marketing and partners, to deliver a unified customer experience
Develop financially quantified business cases, value messages and return-on-investment justifications that demonstrate the impact of digital transformation
Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity data and forecasts, using measurable goals to track pipeline, account health and territory growth
Qualifications
Proven consultative sales experience within industrial software, ideally across PLM or CAD, although experience in MOM, MES, simulation or related technologies is also relevant
A successful record of managing complex enterprise accounts, developing C-level relationships and progressing value-based opportunities through long sales cycles
Commercial confidence in SaaS or subscription sales, supported by strong negotiation, presentation, forecasting and account-planning skills
A collaborative, self-directed approach, with the ability to lead matrix teams, solve problems and coordinate multiple opportunities at the same time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English, plus the flexibility to travel to customer sites across Israel
