Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 6-8 software developers and QA engineers. Own development activities end-to-end, including delivery, quality, technical execution, and production support. Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#/.NET and web/WPF technologies. Provide technical leadership, architecture input, code reviews, and troubleshooting support. Work closely with customers, product teams, system engineers, QA, and other stakeholders. Build and promote an AI-driven development pipeline, including AI-assisted coding, testing, documentation, and code review. Improve development processes, engineering standards, automation, and team efficiency. Requirements Proven experience as a Development Manager, Team Leader, or senior technical lead.
