The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial law, excellent English communication skills, and a proactive, business-oriented legal approach. In this role, you will: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, procurement agreements, partnership/referral/consulting agreements, NDAs, and GDPR-related documentation. Provide ongoing legal support to Sales, Customer Success, Product, and R&D teams on day-to-day legal matters and contract-related issues. Assist in maintaining and improving ScaleOps’ privacy and data protection compliance practices in line with global regulations. Support employment-related legal matters and assist in drafting HR-related documents and policies. Provide practical legal guidance on corporate and business matters as needed. Work closely with the Legal Lead and external counsel to support company-wide legal initiatives. Identify legal risks and support the development of practical, business-oriented solutions. Conduct legal research and stay up to date on relevant legal and regulatory developments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a leading university and qualification to practice law in Israel. 3–5+ years of legal experience in a startup or tech company, with exposure to commercial law, privacy, and corporate matters.
