Requirements

Must-have qualifications • 7+ years as a software engineer, including senior-level work. • 5+ years as a tech lead / team lead. • 1+ years experience in AI Tools Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor. • Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js. • Expert-level command of the full stack ecosystem: build tooling (e.g. Vite) and frameworks/libraries (e.g. TanStack, Redux, Zustand). • Strong hands-on experience with AI-first development (Claude Code, Cursor). • Fluent with modern dev tooling: Git, JIRA, Jenkins. • Professional-level English. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
