What will your job look like? Directly influence our platform's scalability to support growth and R&D efficiency across both cloud and on-premises environments. Own infrastructure projects from research and architectural design to implementation and rollout. Lead infrastructure improvements around high availability, resiliency, performance, and FinOps/cost efficiency. Develop shared templates, libraries, and standards as infrastructure to empower developers and streamline CI/CD delivery. Evaluate and implement new technologies that upgrade our hybrid infrastructure posture and observability. Serve as a technical expert in infrastructure decisions, taking ownership, sharing knowledge, and driving engineering excellence across the team. All you need is: BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer in high-scale production environments. Experience managing, maintaining, and scaling robust on-premises infrastructure alongside cloud-based platforms. Proven experience implementing robust observability stacks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Coroot, Elasticsearch, Coralogix, etc. Deep, hands-on expertise with AWS services, specifically: Access policies (IAM), Networking topology, S3, RDS, ElastiCache, and EKS. Advanced understanding of K8s cluster architecture and the deployment of tools for better cluster visibility and management. Strong hands-on coding skills in Python or TypeScript to develop and maintain resources (AWS CDK is highly preferred).
