The Recording Engineering group is looking for a strong Lead Program Manager to join its leadership team and drive execution excellence across our global organization. This is a strategic role focused on leading complex cross-functional programs, improving operational discipline, managing budget planning and tracking, and increasing engineering productivity. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent execution skills, and the ability to turn leadership decisions into clear plans and measurable outcomes. A key part of the role will be to introduce better ways of working using AI tools, AI agents, automation, dashboards, and data-driven insights to improve visibility, reduce manual work, identify risks earlier, track costs, and increase team efficiency.You will work closely with Engineering managers, Architects, Product managers, QA leads, DevOps, Support, Finance, Cloud Operations, and senior leadership. How will you make an impact? Own group-level execution, planning, tracking, budget planning, and operational governance. Track group budget, identify gaps, and support cost control decisions. Monitor cloud costs, identify optimization opportunities, and drive cloud cost-saving initiatives. Translate leadership decisions into clear actions and drive follow-up across teams.
