Key Responsibilities: Lead complex, multi-system features and platforms from initial concept through design, implementation, and release. Analyse, define, and debug complex system behaviours, state machines, algorithms, and event-response logic (including radio link budget considerations). Define requirements and guide multi-disciplinary teams—spanning both our internal engineering groups (SW, HW, Modem, DSP, FPGA) and external vendors—through implementation, debugging, and integration. Lead the integration of internal subsystems and optimize the integration of external vendor technologies. Perform independent, hands-on debugging using Python or Matlab and log analysis tools. Actively participate in, guide, and lead lab and field testing, validation, and system optimization both in the lab and in outdoor environments. Requirements: B.Sc/M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or a related technical discipline from a recognized university. A minimum of 12 years of experience in radio-based systems, with At least 5 years of experience in a specialized role (e.g., Communication Systems Engineer, RF System Engineer, Military Systems Engineer, or Algorithm Engineer). Strong hands-on experience with radio-based systems, RF test equipment, and integration processes. Hands-on experience with the acceptance and integration process of radio-based systems. Proficiency in scripting and data analysis tools (Python, MATLAB, and Excel). Deep understanding of radars, wireless communications, or other multidisciplinary radio-based systems. A strong team player with excellent communication skills, a "can-do" attitude, and a passion for solving highly complex, real-world problems. Advantage: Experience with cyber-based systems or military systems, such as SIGINT, ELINT, EW or radars.
