The successful candidate will work with engineers, surveyors, and project teams to transform design information, survey data, and existing-condition data into reliable, client-ready deliverables.
What You Will Do:
Create and maintain detailed civil engineering drawings (CAD) and 3D models using Bentley Systems base open roads and Open budlings , strong fumiler with Civil 3d and AutoCAD.
Develop coordinated BIM deliverables from design drawings, survey data, as-built documentation, and other project inputs.
Produce surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, grading models, pipe networks, sections, and construction documentation.
Create existing-condition models from LiDAR scans and registered point clouds, where applicable.
Translate 2D engineering drawings into coordinated 3D models, working directly with designers to capture design intent.
Utilities & Existing Conditions: Incorporate survey data, point clouds, and subsurface utility information into models, with an understanding of Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) practices and exposure to standards such as PAS128 (UK) or ASCE 38-22 (US).
Update models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle and maintain clear version control.
