The Dream Job We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the design of how analysts, investigators, and decision-makers interact with complex AI systems in high-stakes, data-dense environments. You’ll be the first designer in the Sovereign AI division - which means you’ll defining standards, update or rebuild the design system, and becoming the team’s authority on how users experience our products. Over time, you’ll develop deep domain expertise in the investigative and analytical workflows our systems support - and that expertise will make you a critical voice in product and technical decisions. You’ll work at the intersection of complex data, AI, and national missions - where every design decision carries real weight.
