About the Role
A unique and highly challenging intelligence position in which the Desk Specialist holds end-to-end intelligence responsibility for a defined geographic area.
The role includes analyzing and assessing intelligence collected through various methods, leveraging advanced data systems, extracting insights, and creating integrated intelligence assessments within the officer’s area of responsibility.
As part of the position, the Desk Specialist directs collection efforts and manages operational activities relevant to their domain.
This is a demanding and impactful role, offering both personal and professional growth.

Requirements
Academic degree (Bachelor’s or higher), or eligibility for a degree by the start of training.
Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle – mandatory.
Strong analytical and data-processing skills.
An intelligence background – an advantage.
Technological orientation and ability to work with advanced systems.
Proven ability to lead and motivate others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work non-standard hours, including weekends when required.
Assignment in the Jerusalem area.
Required training includes an 8-month course held in central Israel.
