What We Need To See: BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or an AI-related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of overall industry experience in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships, including 2+ years of hands-on experience applying AI/ML to healthcare, life sciences, or genomics. Proven experience leading technical partnerships and ecosystem engagement. You have a deep understanding of the outstanding data privacy and infrastructure challenges in healthcare AI, including HIPAA compliance and federated learning. Excellent interpersonal skills enable you to connect complex life science concepts with AI engineering. You can explain these ideas clearly to diverse audiences, including computational biologists and enterprise executives. Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external customers across cross-functional teams. Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd: Deep familiarity with NVIDIA’s healthcare platforms, including BioNeMo (for generative AI in biology), Clara (for medical imaging/devices), and/or Parabricks (for accelerated genomics). Experience driving developer adoption or leading technical teamworks within biotech, digital health, medtech, or pharmaceutical enterprises at scale. Hands-on experience with foundational biological models, structural biology tools (e.g., AlphaFold workflows), or processing massive genomic, clinical, or electronic health record (EHR) datasets.
