- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the client-side engineering team, including Android and iOS developers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Growth, and Content teams to optimize user engagement and maximize revenue.
- Cross-Platform Oversight: Drive the technical strategy for our Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) implementation to maximize code sharing and performance.
- Experimentation Engine: Architect and manage a robust A/B testing framework within the clients to support simultaneous, complex experiments across various user segments.
REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Tech Lead
- Proven experience in mobile development (Android/iOS), providing the technical foundation needed to manage a multi-platform team.
- Strongly product-oriented with a keen eye for UI/UX design and experience collaborating with design teams to build user-centric products.
- Experience in high-growth environments, preferably in consumer-facing mobile apps, gaming, or entertainment.
- Excellent skills in presenting technical subjects and insights to stakeholders.
Huge Advantages
- Experience with complex in-app economies and different types of billing systems.
- Direct experience with streaming platforms, video technologies, or digital media content delivery.
- Proven experience managing multiple, overlapping A/B tests on platforms with millions of users, ensuring statistical significance and avoiding "test pollution".
