Strong understanding of system architecture, cloud infrastructure, databases, security, and DevOps practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading teams in fast-paced, high-growth settings. Ability to balance hands-on technical involvement with people management and execution. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with product, operations, and other stakeholders. Full professional proficiency in English. Additional Skills: Experience in cybersecurity, data scraping, threat intelligence, or security-focused SaaS products. Background working in startup or scale-up environments.
