As our Supply Chain manager, you will take full ownership of our end-to-end supply chain, managing the entire procurement lifecycle from early-stage R&D and prototyping through to full-scale serial production. We are looking for a proactive project leader who can scale our procurement operations, drive cross-functional NPI readiness, manage complex timelines, and ensure that our production lines never skip a beat. Responsibilities Lead the procurement and logistics for high-precision mechanical, electronic, and fiber-optic components. Act as the primary supply chain interface for New Product Introduction. Partner closely with Engineering and R&D to manage the seamless transition from prototype to mass production, ensuring BOM maturity, timeline adherence, and Design for Supply Chain (DfSC) readiness. Drive procurement milestones for pilot runs and first article inspections (FAI), proactively mitigating risks on custom or unproven components before full-scale manufacturing begins. Identify and vet key global suppliers (TI, Molex, JST, etc.) and manage the end-to-end relationship lifecycle in our CRM and ERP platforms. Take ownership of the Critical Raw Materials strategy, ensuring our BOM is resilient against global shortages and compliant with international sourcing regulations.
