Job Requirements: Practical Engineer (Technician) or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Electronics, etc.) Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or NPI environment Understanding of manufacturing processes, especially electronic assemblies and enclosures Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams without direct authority High level of English proficiency Required Skills: System-level thinking and prioritization skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
