Key Responsibilities Manage all logistics operations within the Installation Unit, with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain activities. Lead and coordinate daily work with carriers, subcontractors, installers, field teams, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders. Serve as the central point of contact between procurement, suppliers, warehouse, installation teams, customer service, and external partners. Plan, implement, and continuously optimize logistics and technical processes, identifying bottlenecks and driving efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives. Develop and manage structured work procedures, KPIs, and control reports to meet operational and business targets. Manage distribution and delivery operations to end customers, including scheduling, prioritization, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices across all logistics activities.
