Why Mindspace?
At Mindspace, we're redefining what the workplace can be.
Founded in 2014, Mindspace has grown into one of the world's leading premium flexible workspace providers, operating nearly 50 locations across Europe, the US, and Israel. More than beautifully designed workspaces, we are a hospitality-driven company built around exceptional service, inspiring environments, and vibrant communities.
Our success has been built by ambitious people who care deeply about creating remarkable customer experiences, developing outstanding communities, and constantly raising the bar. As we continue to grow and expand our global footprint, we're looking for people who want to shape the future of work — and bring it to life every day.
Why This Role?
We’re preparing to open Mindspace Beyond — one of our most ambitious locations yet, a new large-scale workspace and business destination in the Tel Aviv–Givatayim area.
Spanning approximately 10,000 sqm, Beyond will bring together premium private offices and enterprise suites, shared workspaces, meeting rooms and a major business events venue, all within a vibrant environment combining work, hospitality, lifestyle and wellbeing. Mindspace
As Community Manager – Beyond, you’ll have a unique opportunity to join us at the beginning and help build the community and member experience from the ground up.
You’ll be one of the key faces of Mindspace Beyond — creating meaningful relationships with members, bringing energy and personality into the space, building an engaged community and making sure every member receives the exceptional hospitality experience Mindspace is known for.
This isn’t about maintaining an existing community. It’s an opportunity to help create one from day one.
