The Role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy across all
channels, with a strong emphasis on B2B growth, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), SaaS
marketing, and AI-driven marketing operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring close collaboration with sales, product, and
leadership teams to shape and communicate our brand story, drive demand generation, and
build the foundation for scalable growth.
Beyond traditional marketing expertise, we are specifically looking for someone who deeply
understands how to leverage AI in modern marketing — both strategically and operationally.
The ideal candidate actively uses AI tools in their personal workflow, understands how AI can
optimize marketing execution and content creation, and can guide teams and external
partners in adopting AI-first marketing methodologies.
The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketing leader with a strong track record in
early-stage startups, capable of operating as a highly independent marketing owner while
leveraging agencies, freelancers, and AI tools to scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive SOURCIX’s short- and long-term marketing strategy — from high-level
positioning to campaign-level execution.
Lead and optimize AI-powered marketing workflows across content creation,
campaign execution, lead generation, research, automation, and analytics.
Drive adoption of AI tools and AI-first methodologies within marketing operations and
collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency using AI technologies.
Craft compelling messaging and storytelling that clearly communicates SOURCIX’s
value proposition to technical and business audiences.
Define and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for SOURCIX’s SaaS and
Marketplace offerings in alignment with product and sales initiatives.
Plan and execute targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to generate,
nurture, and convert high-value leads.
Lead demand generation efforts through paid media, outbound campaigns, content
marketing, SEO, email marketing, partnerships, and digital acquisition channels.
Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive messaging,
aligned priorities, and impactful outreach strategies.
Operate effectively as a hands-on marketing leader while identifying opportunities to
scale through agencies, freelancers, automation tools, and future team hires.
Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, AI marketing trends, and competitor
positioning to continuously refine messaging and growth strategy.
Build and manage marketing performance tracking, reporting, and KPI measurement
to support scalable company growth.
Support outbound sales initiatives with personalized marketing content, campaigns,
and sales enablement materials.
Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with proven success in SaaS and ABM
environments.
Demonstrated experience working in early-stage startups, ideally as the first
marketing hire or as a highly independent marketing lead.
Strong understanding of AI tools and AI-driven marketing workflows.
Personal hands-on use of AI tools for content creation, research, campaign execution,
automation, analytics, or operational workflows.
Ability to guide teams, freelancers, and agencies in adopting AI-powered marketing
processes.
Strong background in positioning technical products to engineering, procurement,
and industrial audiences.
Hands-on experience building and executing GTM campaigns, including marketing
automation and sales enablement workflows.
Exceptional storytelling, branding, content creation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize
effectively in fast-paced environments.
Fluent English with experience operating in global markets.
Advantages
Background or familiarity with mechanical engineering, manufacturing, procurement,
or industrial sectors.
Experience supporting outbound sales teams through personalized content and
outreach strategies.
Experience working closely with product and development teams to align marketing
with technical roadmaps.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, paid acquisition, and performance marketing in the B2B
SaaS space.
Experience building AI-native or AI-enhanced marketing operations.
Familiarity with AI content tools, automation platforms, AI agents, and modern AI-assisted growth strategies.
If you are a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader with a passion for storytelling,
technology, AI, and building companies from the ground up — we’d love to hear from you.
