We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Director of Business Development & Sales to lead and support the company’s business growth initiatives, business partnerships and global sales and marketing strategy for automotive products, driving market penetration across key international markets,
The role includes developing and managing relationships with global OEMs, Tier 1s and customers, identifying new business opportunities, leading commercial negotiation and managing the sales pipeline and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial and strategic capabilities with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technologies and business propositions into clear, compelling messages for customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
This is a senior, hands-on role requiring close collaboration with executive management, product, R&D, program management and other functions across the organization.
