The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for leading, planning, continuously improving, and implementing efficient, high-quality manufacturing and assembly processes within the company’s production lines. The role involves working closely with multiple cross-functional interfaces, analyzing performance, solving technical problems, and leading engineering projects throughout the product lifecycle — from development through mass production. Responsibilities · Plan, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes for company products. · Support product transfer from development to production (NPI) and engineering processes such as POD / FAI / PRR / ECO . · Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase productivity, improve quality, optimize workflows, processes, and reduce costs . · Write and maintain work instructions, procedures, and technical engineering documentation. · Provide technical support to production lines, including failure analysis, troubleshooting, corrective actions, and employee training. · Develop, improve, and maintain fixtures, jigs, and tools for manufacturing, assembly, and testing . · Analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and generate engineering reports . · Lead continuous improvement projects and Lean / Six Sigma initiatives. · Work closely with R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations departments. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering · At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company · Hands-on experience with manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes for electronic systems · Experience writing technical engineering documentation, including assembly, operation, and maintenance instructions · Proven capability to analyze data, solve problems, and lead engineering processes, including FAI, POD, NPI,
