Airobotics is looking for a Technical R&D Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects within the R&D department. This is a hands-on, end-to-end project ownership role that bridges between engineering teams (software, electronics, mechanics) and other departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking complex technical projects while working closely with engineers, team leads, and company leadership. The role requires strong technical understanding, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to push projects forward with clarity and focus. Responsibilities Weekly project status meetings (IPT) Project's tasks prioritization and risk management Project's Gannt planning and execution Software versions and features planning Knowledge base organization and documentation Stakeholders address for R&D tasks in the project Project meetings, presentations, and demos Requirements B.Sc. in Engineering Experience in managing multidisciplinary R&D projects Strong technical understanding of both software and hardware systems Full proficiency in Jira and Confluence Excellent communication skills and ability to lead without formal authority Fluent English (written and spoken) Experience in autonomous aviation or aerospace domains- Advantage
