What we need to see: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, software engineering (but with strong electrical hands-on technical experience) or related technical field. 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience in complex system validation, product engineering, test engineering, silicon validation or related areas. Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills. Proved hands-on experience with system-level debug across HW/SW/FW boundaries. Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and common debug tools. Ability to work independently, own technical tasks end-to-end and define the right priority per task or project. Ability to work with multiple teams, gather technical inputs and drive open issues to closure. Team player with good communication abilities. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with great atmosphere and teamwork. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Proven experience with silicon pre/post validation. Experience with chip bring-up, system bring-up or lab bring-up activities. Scripting experience in Python or similar language. Experience with networking products, NICs, switches, DPUs/SoCs or interconnect technologies. Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines or validation infrastructure.
