Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with an emphasis on increasing the volume of hires for internal positions and technological outsourcing projects. The role combines both strategic leadership and hands-on recruitment across all stages: sourcing, job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, guiding candidates through security clearance processes, and utilizing the Comeet system .
