You will provide leadership to managers and Project Managers, drive cross-functional execution, and shape how strategic initiatives are delivered across the company. Responsibilities Lead and develop the Project Management organization, including direct management of managers and a team of Project Managers and Release Managers. Own the Project Management function across the company, driving execution excellence for complex cross-functional R&D, Product, Infrastructure, and Operations initiatives. Define and implement company-wide project management methodologies, governance, and best practices to improve planning, execution, and delivery. Partner closely with the CPO and senior leadership to align project execution with business priorities and organizational goals. Drive organizational processes that improve cross-functional collaboration, transparency, prioritization, and execution across multiple teams. Mentor managers and project leaders, fostering professional growth, accountability, and operational excellence. Lead matrix management across engineering, research, product, infrastructure, and operations organizations, ensuring alignment, removing blockers, and managing dependencies.
