Experience building scalable frontend architectures and shared engineering platforms. Experience with frontend testing methodologies and frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or similar. Knowledge of software design, scalability, maintainability, and developer experience principles. Experience defining and driving engineering standards, architectural guidelines, and frontend best practices across multiple teams. Strong Experience building tooling and platforms that improve developer productivity at scale. Experience measuring and improving engineering efficiency through metrics such as build times, deployment frequency, test reliability, and developer feedback loops. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving developer experience. Independent, fast learner, and excited about exploring new technologies.
