Global Supply Chain Manager Location: Sharon Region, Israel Position Overview We are seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager with a strong background in planning and production control. Responsibilities Lead the company's supply planning process, from customer order intake through MRP execution, material availability monitoring, and inventory management. Develop and manage production plans for multiple manufacturing sites as well as subcontractors. Build, maintain, analyze, and continuously improve operational data systems. Own the company's inventory strategy, including planning, control, and inventory optimization. Oversee the company's warehouse operations. Manage teams responsible for planning, subcontractor coordination, and warehouse operations. Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives while optimizing the use of supporting information systems. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, R&D, and Finance. Manage external interfaces with suppliers and subcontractors. Report directly to the VP of Operations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from a recognized academic institution or another relevant Bachelor's degree – required.
