FUSE is building the next generation of autonomous defense technology: intelligent robotic systems and multi-domain platforms that redefine how forces operate, sense, decide, and act. Our systems work alongside human operators for surveillance, strike, and mission support At FUSE, we bring together industry pioneers into one agile organization under Elbit Systems, combining the speed, sense of ownership, and innovation culture of a startup with the manufacturing power and operational strength of a global defense leader. Our teams own the full stack end-to-end, from mechanical design, hardware, and embedded systems to robotics, autonomy, AI, and real-time multi-platform decision-making Here, technology goes from concept to operational deployment. Fast. Your work doesn't sit in a backlog. It takes off We are looking for We're looking for an NPI Configuration Management Engineer to own the bridge between engineering and production. You'll work in SolidWorks and PLM systems to turn complex multidisciplinary designs into production-ready documentation. This role sits at the core of getting autonomous systems from prototype to real-world deployment In this role you will Create and maintain assembly drawings, BOMs, and product structures in SolidWorks and PLM/PDM systems Prepare work instructions and technical documentation that manufacturing can actually use Manage engineering changes, revisions, and configuration control across the product lifecycle Support NPI processes and product transfer from development to production Identify gaps, fix inconsistencies, and ensure CAD, drawings, BOMs, and production data are aligned Work directly with engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and subcontractors Build and improve workflows that turn engineering output into production-ready information Requirements Hands-on experience with SolidWorks Proven ability to create assembly drawings Experience preparing assembly documents, work instructions, or production documentation
