As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling our global logistics operations. This position combines hands-on operational execution with continuous process improvement, working closely with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners around the world.
Key Responsibilities
Manage logistics transactions and shipping orders in the company's ERP system.
Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to customers and manufacturing partners.
Proactively identify and resolve transportation and logistics issues.
Maintain accurate logistics documentation and data integrity.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and external partners.
Support logistics process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Help scale logistics operations to support the company's rapid growth
