What we need to see: Electronic or Practical Engineer education with relevant experience. At least 5 years of proven management experience of IC test and reliability labs. Team management experience of 5+ technicians/operators/practical engineers. Excellent solid understanding of Automated Test Equipment (Reliability equipment such as HTOL’s, dual chamber ovens, IC testers and System Level test). Knowledge in operating laboratory equipment such as Oscilloscope, DVM etc.. Self-learner, independent, motivated, and reliable person. Excellent interrelations skills. Highly organized, Flexible and has a Can-Do approach to lead fast changing and demanding environment. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Knowledge in SW programming (C++, Perl, Linux, Python…). Knowledge in ATE operations. Understanding of electronic circuits, basic knowledge in Networking, computers & operating systems. Good English skills – written & verbal. Quick execution of tasks in high level of professionalism.
