We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead high-impact initiatives blending business strategy, roadmap planning and technical innovation. You’ll take ownership of critical product areas, working closely with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is independent, execution-driven, and comfortable leading initiatives end-to-end. You’ll combine deep product understanding, with the ability to translate insights into business impact.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead various Yad2 product initiatives, improving business efficiency and creating measurable impact
Identify and drive impactful features across Yad2’s various verticals
Deep analysis of business impact, in order to proactively suggest ongoing improvements
Have full product lifecycle ownership from concept to launch and delivery, including research, roadmap creation, tasks breakdown and prioritization
Collaborate with Business stakeholders, Product Managers, Data Engineers, R&D and Design to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on time
Your Skills And Experience
5+ years of experience in Product Management
Experience in B2C and B2B digital platforms, marketplaces, or e-commerce
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, both a thinker and a doer
Strong analytical mindset, able to use data to guide decisions and measure outcomes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
