Join our team and help build the next generation of tools shaping the future of brand management in an AI-first world.
About the Role
As a Demand Generation & ABM Lead at Brandlight, you will own our enterprise demand generation and account-based marketing motion, turning priority accounts, buying groups, account intelligence, and coordinated Sales and Marketing plays into qualified pipeline.
You will identify the accounts we need to win, understand the buying groups inside them, recognize the signals that indicate when and how to engage, and build programs that move those accounts from awareness to conversation to opportunity. This is not a lead-volume or MQL role. Success is qualified meetings, opportunities, pipeline progression, and sourced or influenced pipeline.
This is a hands-on role. You will work closely with Sales on account strategy and activation, with Growth Marketing on paid and scalable channels, with Field Marketing on executive and account programs, and with GTM Engineering on signals, enrichment, automation, and account intelligence.
Responsibilities
Own ABM strategy for Brandlight’s priority enterprise accounts, including account selection, segmentation, tiering, and prioritization.
Design and execute 1:1, 1-to-many, and scalable account-based programs based on account value, buying-group complexity, and stage.
Map buying groups across executives, champions, users, influencers, and decision-makers, and build multi-threaded engagement strategies.
Partner closely with Sales to create joint account plans, engagement strategies, next-best actions, and coordinated plays that move priority accounts into qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline.
Use intent signals, engagement, company initiatives, leadership changes, and other triggers to determine when and how to activate an account.
Develop account-specific messaging, offers, and campaign concepts with Product Marketing and Content.
Partner with Growth Marketing and Field Marketing to activate priority accounts through paid, digital, events, executive programs, and other relevant channels.
Work with GTM Engineering to turn account intelligence and signals into scalable workflows, alerts, and personalized actions.
Own measurement from target account through buying-group engagement, qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline; continuously test plays, messaging, offers, signals, and personalization, and use AI to improve research, campaign development, analysis, and execution.

5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, enterprise marketing, or a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.

Strong understanding of account intelligence, intent signals, personalization, and trigger-based engagement.
Proven experience building programs tied to qualified meetings, opportunities, pipeline, or revenue.
Strong messaging, analytical, and commercial judgment.
AI-native in how you work, using AI to research, personalize, experiment, analyze, and execute, and comfortable building new demand motions without an established playbook.
Experience marketing to Fortune 1000 organizations, working in high-ACV, long-sales-cycle enterprise environments, or building signal-based or intent-driven ABM programs is a strong plus.
