We built the product. Now we need someone to make it spread.
Okoora is building the AI-native intelligence layer that operates finance. We are now preparing to bring a new AI-native product to market.
The technology is ready. The next challenge is distribution.
We are looking for a Growth & Distribution Lead who knows how great products gain attention, adoption, and momentum through communities, networks, creators, social platforms, forums, partnerships, and product-led growth.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will not inherit a mature funnel or a large media budget. You will help build the distribution engine from the ground up.
What You’ll Actually Do
Find the channels, communities, creators, networks, and product mechanics that can drive meaningful adoption.
Build and test organic growth and distribution experiments quickly.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to embed growth directly into the product experience.
Turn strong product moments, use cases, and customer outcomes into repeatable distribution assets.
Design and test sharing, referral, reuse, community, creator, and partner loops.
Engage directly with early users and understand what drives activation, engagement, retention, and sharing.
Use AI and automation aggressively across research, content, outreach, onboarding, experimentation, and analysis.
Build the measurement system that connects acquisition, usage, sharing, retention, and commercial outcomes.
You might be the right person if
You live close to where products actually spread: online communities, social platforms, creators, forums, and professional networks.
You have personally built meaningful growth, adoption, audience, community, or distribution.
You are highly hands-on and comfortable creating, testing, analyzing, and shipping yourself.
You understand product-led growth, activation, retention, referrals, and viral mechanics.
You know how to generate momentum without relying primarily on paid acquisition.
AI and automation are part of how you work every day.
You move fast, think creatively, and are comfortable operating with incomplete information.
You can operate globally and communicate at a high level in English.
Strong advantages
A strong personal presence or audience across relevant platforms is a meaningful advantage.
So is experience with AI-native products, developer tools, self-serve SaaS, creator products, marketplaces, community-led growth, referral systems, creator programs, or partner ecosystems.
Experience in fintech or finance is useful, but exceptional distribution ability matters more than category tenure.
This probably isn’t for you if
Your first instinct is to solve growth primarily through paid media.
You are most comfortable managing agencies or large teams rather than building yourself.
You think about marketing mainly in terms of campaigns, impressions, and content calendars rather than adoption, engagement, and repeatable distribution.
Why this role matters
The product is ready. What happens next depends on how well it reaches the world.
You will work directly with the core product team and company leadership to define how this product gets discovered, adopted, shared, and scaled.
If you know how to make great products spread, we want to meet you.
