Drive planning, prioritization, estimation, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Ensure engineering commitments are delivered with high quality and predictable execution.
Identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges early and drive solutions proactively.
Improve team effectiveness, development velocity, and operational efficiency as the organization grows.
Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance across architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.
Participate in major architectural discussions and technical decision-making processes.
Support engineers through design reviews, code reviews, technical mentoring, and problem-solving.
Help balance short-term product needs with long-term scalability, maintainability, and platform health.
Partner with engineering teams to identify opportunities for improving reliability, performance, observability, and operational excellence.

Work closely with Product, QA, Design, Data Engineering, BI, and DevOps stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of company objectives.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Act as the primary engineering representative in planning, prioritization, and execution discussions.
