SKAPION is seeking a Procurement Manager with proven experience in the defense industry to join the company's procurement department. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, this role is responsible for managing procurement activities across a broad range of projects and supporting the company's operational and business objectives.
The role includes supplier sourcing, participating in and leading commercial negotiations, supporting the development of a resilient and flexible supply chain in Israel and abroad, and fostering strategic supplier relationships. Responsibilities range from issuing purchase orders and managing routine procurement activities to handling large and complex procurement portfolios.
The position also requires close collaboration with engineering and cross-functional teams to support technical requirements, ensure timely procurement of materials and services, and contribute to the successful execution of company projects.
