If you love order, numbers and processes, and you're looking for a role with real responsibility in a meaningful defense environment – come be part of what we do In this role you will Handle supplier invoices – approving drafts, verifying task pricing and approving invoices in the system Consolidate taxi assignments and enter them into the MOOVEX system Enter various transportation tasks – cranes, tow trucks, trucks, dedicated truck, courier and more Analyze quarterly transportation costs and generate reports Analyze the efficiency of dedicated truck and courier operations Issue security escort requests in coordination with various security entities Enter entry permits for external contractor drivers Fill in for the Transportation Coordinator in their absence Requirements Student pursuing a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of studies remaining Full proficiency in Office applications Familiarity with ERP computerized information systems -
