Help shape the reliability and safety of complex systems while working closely with engineering and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct reliability predictions, safety and risk analyses, and root cause investigations. Develop reliability and safety plans, prepare technical reports, and present findings at design reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Aeronautical Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in reliability and system safety analyses, using methods such as

FMEA/FMECA, FTA, and PHA/SHA.

• Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering disciplines in a matrix organization.
