What we need to see: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in this field. Hands-on experience with air and liquid cooling systems (fans, heat pipes, cold plates, immersion cooling). Proficiency with thermal testing tools (FLIR cameras, data acquisition systems, wind tunnels, flow meters). Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ways to stand out from the crowd: Familiarity with CFD tools (ANSYS , FloTHERM) Experience with scripting for test automation and data analysis (e.g., Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW).
